Confusion and Miscommunication Over Game Tickets
MiggyYeah , welcome back to the Drifting on Arroyo podcast . This is Mig .
LanoThis is Lano . Rk67 has made it back to the building .
MiggyHe's backed like that rash you can't get rid of .
LanoMan , what the hell ? Hey , couple things A-hole , A-hole war . I'm not accepting that shit .
RickyRalph , already accepted on your behalf .
LanoYeah , yeah , you know , and I'm not even gonna let him accept it on my behalf , because that's bullshit .
MiggyNo .
LanoAfter the stunt you pulled Lionel by putting that yawning on when your dad was giving us full history . That was bullshit .
RickyI was enjoying hearing about the history of our street . I was even thinking about giving it to you today because of the whole ticket to the Askel before the game .
LanoWhat ticket the extra ?
Rickyticket you needed , and no , no , no , no , no , no . Luckily , you were able to sign it .
LanoI'm not taking blame for any of that crap . You should know this dude wants to get a ticket for someone . He told me Ralph got a ticket and I had talked to Ralph saying it's cool . If we can't get a ticket right there near us , then it's cool , because what's the point of getting a ticket ?
MiggyYou tell a completely different story .
LanoAnd then you know what he tells me . So why did Ralph get the ticket ? And then you know what .
RickyBecause he was just trying to help out .
LanoBut I had told Ralph , if Danny wants to go to the game then don't trip , because the plan was if Danny didn't go then you would go sit with Ralph .
MiggyNo . But then even when he says for you to talk to me about the ticket for Vanessa's son , I'm like what ? All of a sudden , you guys are going to kick me out of the game . I'm not going anymore .
LanoYou didn't even know you had a ticket .
RickyI didn't go out of the extra ticket .
LanoThat's why .
MiggyI asked you . Nothing was implied . Nothing was enlisted it was all in your head . It's all your planning , you keep all your plans to yourself .
RickyRemember when you guys didn't respond when the tickets it said it had the seating chart and everything when I sent you guys the tickets . I gotta find it though .
LanoI'm not taking blame for anything . I'm not taking blame . I have nothing to do with it .
RickyLook at the tickets right here .
LanoLook , it's on the screen . I had nothing to do with it . What does it say ?
RickyIt says me and Laura , Ricky , Vanessa , Mickey , plus one Mark plus son , eight tickets .
LanoOh , mickey , plus one . You guys didn't look , I saw that right there . I mean there it is , I mean me and Vanessa . And then Mickey didn't know . But then Mark had mentioned just to take Andrew . But since I was taking Vanessa , I was like then you didn't know you had an extra ticket . That's why I asked you are you taking anyone ? And you said you didn't know and you probably didn't realize that he had gotten you a plus one .
RickySo I asked you to go , since Me , I had your back the whole time , but behind your back , ricky was trying to use all your tickets .
LanoBullshit , dude . And I'm like dude , he's coming to the game no , no , no , no , no .
RickyAnd then I was like you have that extra ticket , and then he's like okay , we'll use that extra ticket .
LanoHe's like , yeah , if we , he goes , if we get that extra ticket , even though it's like two sections away , he goes , he goes if we get that ticket . You take the one of the boys who will sit by themselves . I'm like , dude , what's the ?
Rickypoint of that dude I had , I hadn't even told you . I was like , cause you said you want to one , take out , it'll be even better to find two tickets , because then the boys could sit together and then we have that one .
MiggyAll right , let me . Let me ask you this , Rick Did you at any point ever say that it doesn't seem like I want to go to the game ?
RickyNo , oh , that's BS no .
MiggyHe said that that's why you should ask me for my ticket , because oh , you see that you didn't want to go , yeah .
RickyThe day you called out sick for the show You're full of shit .
MiggyThe day you said that , that you say is like well , yeah , cause Mick doesn't seem like he wants to go , so maybe I'll ask him for his ticket . That's how you were all pumped about going . I was like what the hell dude the day he called out sick , ricky was like , oh , I'm going to see me .
RickyI don't think he really wants to go . And then when you came back I was like you want to go to the game , right ?
LanoOkay . So me knowing that you have two tickets and I'm going to say , oh , he doesn't seem like he wants to go . So what are going to happen with those two tickets ? No , if I'm trying to get a ticket for , for , for , for Trevor , because I'm going to see if you're going to take someone , yeah , I go now . Now , there's going to be two tickets available .
RickyThat was what I'm going to do with your ticket . I told you , mick , you had that extra ticket . You didn't know he had an extra ticket and I was like , mick , you have the extra ticket .
LanoSo why would I tell you that he didn't want to go there ? That would mean there would be two available tickets .
RickyBut you didn't know he had two . You thought he had one .
LanoNo , I knew he had a plus one .
RickyNo , he didn't Dude , but why were you asking me for the extra ticket ? If you knew he had the plus one , you had the extra ticket .
LanoI asked you if cause ? Mark asked if we can get another ticket for his wife .
RickyNo , no but this is from the beginning .
LanoAnd then you said well , mick , he asked me because he has his plus one , I go , all right , I go . I don't know if Mick is going to take someone . That's what I told you .
RickyYou're going now .
MiggyNo His wife .
Rickynow , I don't know .
MiggyI think we need to settle this backyard wrestling style .
LanoThe bullshit , the point is you're not sticking
Rickywith this table .
LanoNot sticking me with this .
RickyFirst , Ricky needed an extra ticket for Trevor .
LanoNo , the beginning . And then from the very beginning , you got me a ticket for me and for Vanessa , right , and that was it . That was it . Mark was going to take Andrew , and that was it . Meagie was going to take his plus one , and you and Laura , but you didn't even know what the plus one is for right now .
LanoAs the game went on , vanessa was going to step out and let Trevor go in her place , since it was Mark and Andrew , and then I was going to take Trevor , and then Meag had his plus one , you had you and Laura . But now I asked Meagie , I go . Hey , are you going to take ? I asked Vanessa . I asked Vanessa , I go . Let me ask Meagie if he's going to take someone . If he doesn't take someone , then we can take , we can all go . I go , I go , trevor can go and you can go .
LanoAnd that's when I text you , mick , I go , are you taking anyone to the game ? And you're like , oh , I didn't even know , I had an extra ticket . Yeah , he's like yeah , and then he goes all right , you can have the . Yeah , you can have the ticket . So , and then , after all , that got squared away , mark . That's when Mark texts and I text you saying , hey , can we get , is there possible to get another ticket around that area , around that section ? And you're like , oh , yeah , let me guess , let me think
Ticket Dilemmas and Blame Game
Lano, or whatever . And then you , you , you involved Ralph asking for his ticket because you started saying that Danny , danny was on the fence of going , which was probably bullshit , because Danny was probably going to go the whole time and you were spreading rumors . No , I asked .
LanoAnd then you came up saying like , oh , they can get a ticket , like in another section . I'm like no , I go . That's not the point , that that's I go . You're going to take someone for their first , the first game , and then you're going to split one person , like away from the group , and like no man , it's cool . And I told you , and I even told Ralph , like if , if , if , Danny , if Danny goes to school , it's no biggie .
RickyThe day that Ralph joined the show , I told them that we're going to the game and then if he had an extra ticket and he's like , oh , I already invited Danny , but he hasn't gotten back to me , If he says no , then then I'll have an , an extra ticket , ticket for me and I'm just like well , I want me to sit with us .
Rickybut I was like all right . So then then later then I called them and then he's like the next day he's like oh , danny hasn't gotten back to me . And I was like all right , so I think we're already like on Friday . Then he's like Danny's coming , but I'm going to hit up Kobe . And I was like all right . Like then then , after he's like I bought a ticket , does Ricky need it ? And I was like well , I don't talk to Rick , like talk to .
LanoRick , and he never talked to me .
RickyAnd then then I even told you , I said Ralph bought a ticket , but like I'm I don't know how much it is , I don't either said he bought a ticket . And then and I was like , talk to him and I'll . And then you're like where is that ? No , you had brought it up .
LanoYou had brought it up that that we can get a ticket .
RickyI said in another section .
LanoI'm like no dude , that's not the that's , and then you have bought it up . I don't even think he had bought the ticket yet .
RickyNo , no , he texted me up , for I mean .
LanoI , I , because I , when you brought it up , I'm like no , dude , don't , don't get it , we're not going to get a ticket , that's too sick , a ticket that's two sections over , because I even had text Mark . I go hey , the only , the only tickets available are like single tickets and they're not even in our section . And then Mark texted me , is like I don't worry , he's like all right , I'll let him , you know , but then I never heard anything . And then you know , ricky .
RickyTexas . I need a ticket and I go here's the seats , this is where we're at . Like find a ticket . And then he's like oh , can you look for me ?
LanoNo , I said well you you already know .
RickyYou already know how to navigate through all this shit and I was like , well , I'll try it , but I was like there's , there's like you know nothing next to it .
LanoAnd I told you look at , and I told you one road , two roads , three roads , three limit how far can ? You go , oh my God , one , one ticket . I told them it was for Mark's wife , so what ? What does that tell you ? I go , you're going to buy a whole roll of seats , of tickets , or what ?
RickyWell , that's what I'm saying . I mean , I got eight tickets . You weren't happy .
LanoIf , if , if you look at , if you look at the section where we're at Okay , If you look at the section where we're at and there's nothing available , okay , you just say there's nothing , there's nothing available and I told you that two days in a row I was like there's nothing available . And I left it at that . And then what did you do ? You involved Ralph . Bullshit , you're not giving me that .
MiggyNo , no , no , no , no , no . I'm not , I'm not . I'm not taking that award because you , you wore yours for last week , or whatever . I'm not even accepting that one . Now , bullshit , bullshit .
LanoNot , not , not after you guys started , not after you guys started talking about it's time for the drifting . Nah , you're , you're getting that one .
RickyYou're getting that one .
LanoYou're getting that one no we're giving it to Mark . No , we're giving it to Mark for the last minute .
RickyNot giving us the total count from the very beginning ?
LanoYeah , from the very beginning and , and you know what he's slick , he's letting us go out of each other with this whole thing . When it was his fault , because he should have included his wife in that , all he said was like , oh yeah . And he and we have them on the message .
RickyYeah .
LanoOn the message he says oh yeah , so what , what ? What did we cheer for ? Like , what , what did we go ? Or whatever . You know , like you know , I want to take my boy , Andrew , and that's all he said . That's all he said .
RickyThat's all he said . So we got , so Mark gets it , so it's it's , it's Mark's fault .
LanoGive him the award . All right , and I'm not accepting last week's award , not not after you guys . You guys rag on me and then you start talking about oh , remember this part . This was funny . And then this was funny , like forget you guys . And then Mark , and then Mark , and then Mark said , and then Mark said , um , oh yeah , I saw the movie and I was like , well , he was just saying that to , just to get a route out of me .
MiggyWell , you're looking , all the girls are the nominee to you and I have good grounds to nominate you .
RickyI still want to , and then after all that at the end of the game Ricky's like , hey , can you do this again Like season tickets .
LanoHe's like .
RickyI'm going to put you in charge .
LanoYou're the ticket guy and I was like whatever , that's what he said .
RickyYou're in charge of that .
LanoThe tickets Me and Mark , right there , were saying like , dude , we should off the go , and you had mentioned it . Dude , you mentioned it first about getting together and pitching in for fucking season tickets . You , that was your idea . And then I told Mark is like hey , we should probably do what Lano says . And like we all get together and chip in for a season ticket . He's like yeah , he goes , I'm down , I'm down and I tell Lano and I tell Lano like hey , your homework , like messing around , like your homework is to find and get pricing for this and tell us how much we owe you .
MiggyYou know what ? I'm going to put them up for the A-hole of the Shawl Ward too . Yeah , because the thing is that one week he put me and you up , so I get to be too .
LanoYeah , no , he gets it yeah .
MiggyHim and Mark get it too .
LanoHim and Mark get it this week . You're going to accept that shit . You're not going to them .
MiggyIt's time for the drifting A-hole award . Yeah , and it's Lano , yeah , lano .
RickyMark and Lano .
MiggyMark the shark . My reasons for Lano is because you guys didn't see a lot of it , but I did , because I was with him and Laura the whole day . What ? So , first off this fool . His wife is with child . He's having the second child .
LanoYeah .
MiggySo he makes her stand in line for the food while he's doing who knows what .
RickyShe was going up to the bathroom and she's asking me you want something ? I was like , oh , if you want , like .
MiggyNo , at the restaurant , at the Mercado . Yeah , so it makes her do everything .
RickyNo , I ordered the food . I told you Okay , so then we get to the stadium and he's all about his stupid bobblehead that he wants .
LanoSo he's making his pregnant wife walk double time so he can get there on time to get his damn bobblehead yeah you definitely get the A-Warp , because not only are you rushing Laura , and then you're blaming Miggy for his his gift leg that you . That's the reason you didn't get your bubble .
MiggyI own my gimpy leg because that was falling behind . I was just going to go . I'll fight and I'll find my way over there .
LanoBut never mind , like half of the stadium already in line to get the bubble Go ahead .
MiggyOkay , so that's part two . Part three this fool makes his wife go up to the concession stand buy us beers , while she gets a stink eye from everybody in the stadium because she looks like she's buying beers .
RickyOh , it was no . She says you guys want to think and then I told her no . And I was like no , no , no , don't get us like you said , he said .
Miggyhe said we're going to go get beers right now . So I'm like , ok , well , go in on it , we'll go get beers Wow .
RickyShe's surprised and brought him anyway , nah , I think you probably text her assumption .
MiggyTold you better bring beers . No , no , no .
RickyLaura call in .
MiggySo then there's that .
RickyTruth .
MiggyThe final straw , dude , the final final straw . You're such a piece of crap . He is , dude , he is . And Mike , I know he raised them better than that , but , dude , I don't know where you went wrong .
LanoI don't know . Piece of monkey crap .
MiggyThe final straw . We're walking back to the car . We must have passed about 10 testers that all look alike . This dude's telling me , you know , it's not that one , not that one , not that one . So I finally get to the one that we're getting to , you know . Oh , and then , at the very beginning , he forces his wife to sit in the back so I could be in the front .
RickyWell , this is the front . There's more room , there's more room . I was trying to get you comfortable . So then we're getting to the car .
MiggyOne of us always sits in the back for the baby . So then we get to the car , you know , and they're both sitting on the same side , on the driver's side , and this is just goes and like he goes to get into his car . I'm like dude , how about opening the door for your pregnant wife ?
LanoYeah , man you know you're a piece of crap , you're an a-hole , yeah . Well , he got me at the door , his when , when you guys are walking into the stadium , he wasn't dragging her by her hair .
MiggyPractically .
RickyYou got me at the door because I was like in game mode , I just shut up , you shut up .
MiggyEven Laura turned around and says right , so you never do it . I want a jerk .
LanoBut yeah , you get that . Sorry , your third one to the third one , no you can't nominate .
MiggyNo , no , no , no , no , no , no , no , no , no , no , no , no , no , no , no , no , no .
RickyDisclosure he didn't tell me that they get still gimpy and we missed the bobblehead .
MiggyMr Bobblehead , this guy is full of shit . I'm telling you , man , no , it's time You're . Yours doesn't hold water . It's not my wife . He knew how this guy was .
RickyI thought she wanted this guy and then we were waiting for me . Nope .
LanoNo , this is . This guy is such a bullshitter . Yeah , you always mislead everybody , man , everybody , and then and then all of our lives are . People are like why are you treating them ?
Miggylike that .
LanoI go do , because you don't see how he really is . Try to say what the real eight hole he really is man , so man . But every time Right , the lowest , the lowest is making
Recollection of Past Events
Lano. The lowest thing that you did that day Is making it over . Go buy that the beer , yeah .
RickyI agree she , she did surprise us . She's like why did you get it ? She's like , oh , I just covered my jacket , I covered my , my man , I'll hold . You know , I felt bad kids , the . We left the baby at home and I saw so many babies at the stadium . So I'll give myself a whole word for leaving the baby at home because I saw , I saw a lot of a lot of babies and Ellie would have a good time . It's time for the drifting A whole award .
LanoYeah .
RickySo this is the only one I'd probably accept with with honor .
MiggyNo , you're good , except all . Of you can accept all of them .
RickyWell too , yeah . And then I like I didn't get the door , I was just game mode , I just turned crazy game the mood . It's too Game mode . Oh , so I guess we'll we got one phone call , get through the phone call and then we'll just jump into our day when , on Sunday , yeah , yeah .
LanoGreat , I was going to clear up one thing , but it's all right .
RickyWhat is it ?
LanoWell , go now , it's nothing for the story I heard last week OK , it was Maggie , Maggie what when he told the Ventura story ?
RickyWell , let's get all the airs . This is all the magic .
LanoYeah , he is this . This dude was talking about all . He pinned me and whatever he laid you out .
MiggyMy legs were right there when he laid you out , he laid you out .
LanoHe says he couldn't , he get pushed him on , he couldn't bench , press them out , because maybe was on the ground trying to push that fat , that little fat midget , off of him . Yeah , that's what I said . No , you said he rushed me and he pinched me .
RickyHe he , he , he , he , he took all your legs or your legs , gave on the stage or something .
LanoYeah , he , that , he , that he . He my back was , he pressed the stage or something .
MiggyBut he was at the height of the back of my knees . He hit me and then pinned me on the stage .
LanoHe laid you out , dude , he laid you out .
MiggyWhatever ?
Lanodon't downplay that .
MiggyWhatever dude .
LanoAnd yeah , but Um , ralph did throw that phantom punch . Um , danny was giving left hooks to that dude that was feeling on the bus .
RickyWell , he was part of your group , yeah , yeah , that little lady .
MiggyOh those , those fools went with us .
RickyOh , there were just snappers , dude . Oh , I thought they're like they didn't know , you guys .
LanoNo , they didn't know how small he is . He was probably pissed because Miggie was in varsity and he was in bees , so that too . So I think I didn't know .
RickyNo , he was in the entourage of the part of the group .
LanoNo , he was on the bus with us because even when we were leaving the show , like he sat on the bus and he was all like covering his eye , holding his eye . He was like in pain .
RickySo that brought happened . Then you guys , the skull got in the bus together and went home .
LanoYeah , yeah .
RickyYeah , I mean I went on a couple but I never went on the bus we drove out there .
LanoYeah .
RickyWe've been through . Yeah , we drove out there , but I never took the bus trips .
LanoThe bus , like after like the first one , people started getting , like getting all the seats .
RickyYou got to reserve the seats , so they were fun , good times and we got to have a join us when Ralph comes on . You always like I know .
LanoRalph , I'm surprised you guys didn't bring , you guys didn't bring up the the on the bus trip . Well , I mean , we still got to talk about when he , when he had climbed up in the damn storage in the bus .
MiggyThat's what I think Danny had asked me .
LanoIf yeah , the bus driver got all pissed , oh , he said about Ralph's climbing up to the speakers and doing his .
MiggyOh , the the hardy , the hardy , yeah the hardy boys dive .
RickyWell , I'm going to , I'm going to add it to the list . Yeah , so we can tell him .
LanoYeah his stage dive his stage dive and then he was also climbing into the over compartments of the bus . This is the bus driver got over his the overhead .
RickyYeah , I put a bus human carry on . Look at it to the notes . So when he comes , yeah , but I think we have to , I think we have . Maybe you have to catch him quick because he's his daughter's starting wrestling and then he's going to be busy .
MiggyOh yeah , that's crazy , that's bad , that's the catch him before . I mean we actually we should have recorded all that conversation we had after . Yeah , it could have been a whole other .
LanoYeah , I was going to you . Lot on you . Oh , you got to shut up , dude .
RickyNo , that's what my wife told me when someone's on the .
Lanoon the , she said I was like yeah , you were talking .
RickyI thought he was stopping .
LanoI thought , like we're going to have no , like you were going to ask him something , but then you just start cutting him off .
RickyYeah , that's what my wife said . She's like , yeah , let the guest talk , and that I was talking over him . But but I just thought , like I know , I thought he was kind of like shy and he wasn't speaking .
LanoOh , you didn't even let him get in , getting the zone or whatever .
RickyHe didn't like continue , didn't seem like like . I kind of felt like we're pulling teeth a little bit .
LanoWell then , you're not doing your job because you're not following up questions or carrying the conversation .
MiggyYou know short little .
LanoAnd then we , then we start telling the story , then you cut them off and you finish the story .
RickyHe's like all right well all right , I'm going to , I'm going to have . Well , when you guys are both here , we'll have me and you guys do more than you . So then I could get back and get to the producing , because it gets too many hats for me , but I could get back to the , so I did like you're overwhelmed .
MiggyHe's telling too many hats don't fit that big swollen head of yours . Stories .
RickyAnd I got to , like you know , add sound effects or this and that , but like I can't , like I got to like see if he's dying down or keep , keep the story going or what . But I'm like I could have found some midget noises for Mickey story . What the hell's a midget ?
Miggynoise . All right the little the little kids .
LanoNo , no , no the little girls , the little girls are the little tag team from from .
MiggyNational E-Bridge .
RickyBut I want to be correct it's little people , yeah .
LanoLet's see Little people correct the correct name .
RickyAll right , let's just get to this phone call All right , let's see what Mark says to say what happened .
LanoHey .
RickyI don't know . I don't know , I got a fix it .
LanoYou messed up all the adjustments man Give him another eight .
MiggyI guess that's a hat that this producer missed .
RickyOh , that's embarrassing . That was a mistake , mistake phone call message , trying to do too much . I should keep my eyes on the road inside . What is he talking about ? I'm thinking about the phone call with you . Yeah , about the burritos and everything oh explain , because we were talking at the restaurant .
MiggyTell us how that happened .
LanoHow did ?
Rickyhe record it if he's talking on the phone .
LanoNo , I think he has his work phone and his personal phone , so he might have , he might have . He might have called off his work phone and then I was talking to him on his personal phone so he probably had me on speaker somehow recording on his work phone , the hotline and that's how he got it . Oh , I mean you said , you said , he touched the board .
RickyHe touched the board , my sailor mouth .
LanoI go dude . You didn't how he said that . He first the first . The first time he tried to record me . Yeah , oh man , I was like that was going off because I was chewing you guys out . I don't know if you guys ears are ringing , but I was . I was cussing you guys out .
RickyI was like oh , for the whole word yeah , oh , so .
MiggyI was good Struggling with that one yeah .
RickyWell , my mom said that you sounded angry on that phone call about late night at three in the morning .
LanoYeah , dude , I was dead . I was dead man . I was tired because I was I . We left that job at 1800 after working until three in the morning . Then I was driving to Costa Mesa to finish up another job over there . So I was just , I was beat . And then I'm right here , I try to stay awake and I tune into the show , and then I hear you assholes taking shots of my credibility . And then , like I'm listening , and then , as I'm listening , and you guys are talking about it , saying that oh , don't send me shit like that again . It was a waste of my time . And yada , yada , yada . And I was going to call right that moment , I go no , let me see what else they're going to say . And then , as I'm hearing it more , and then I start hearing you guys like , oh yeah , boy , this part of Paladelo comes out with a funny and also the movie you guys are talking about how funny this part was .
LanoAnd then I told I explained to Mark I go , oh , even Markos . I played a little bit for Markos . Markos was thinking about watching it , but he was like no man , he goes . These guys convinced me not to watch it . I was like , dude , I go the movie . I'm not telling you guys , I didn't send it . Send the movie not to watch the movie , watch the movie review . Because what the guy is saying is funny . He's like , oh , and then I paid a little bit from is like all right , all right , I'll listen to it and I go . You guys made it seem like I'm telling you guys watch the fucking movie , which that wasn't the case .
RickyBut um his name is Miklos in the snow .
LanoIt's actually simple or not ? No , no , he's . I forgot what his other name is in this movie .
RickyI know he's like the boss or something , but With the night patch ?
LanoNo , no .
RickyBut I mean , we have a 3D weekend coming up , so I think I'm gonna show my wife that blood in and blood out . It's like a 3 hour movie , isn't it long ?
MiggyOh , daddy got all offended because I said that movie was a piece of crap .
LanoOh , Marcos did too . Marcos did too . He's like that's an OG movie , Classic , that's a classic movie .
MiggyOG movie is freaking um Boulevard Nights . Yes , yeah , that's an .
LanoOG Boulevard Nights . I like Boulevard Nights way better than Blood In Blood .
MiggyOut . But when they do that blood in , blood out , crap and everything that's just it's insulting .
LanoOne of the things that guy says , like why he goes , he goes . Why can't they get like people that really know how to talk Spanish , like yeah , that's an .
MiggyOG movie .
LanoExactly no , he was talking about the movie . Well , yeah , the commentary , yeah , Well , that's what I'm saying , you know , that's why movies like that those two main brothers like I can't stand them , those two main brothers is like dude , like when he's having his wedding reception at the damn liquor store or whatever the hell that is .
MiggyHe says the same dirty as liquor store that they use for two other seats . Oh man , I didn't finish you saw the whole .
LanoThing .
RickyYeah , I saw the whole . Thing . Wait , you didn't see the other movie review Me . No , my wife was like oh , like , can we watch this later ? And I was like , oh , she made me turn it off .
LanoWell , yeah , I mean , I'm glorified , it doesn't get and I never got back to it .
RickyOur stupid humor but , I never got back to it .
LanoBut you were talking shit and you didn't even see all of it .
RickyWell , we turned it off I think it's all like the first 10 minutes of it . I saw first 20 , 20 , 20 , 20 , 20 , 20 , 20 . You see , that's why I think .
MiggyI reserved the right to criticize it because I sat through the whole thing . You see , this dude , yeah , unbelievable dude , but I did qualify it . I said it was funny . I said the dude was funny , but the stupid movie .
LanoI couldn't stand watching those scenes of the movie , yeah , but I would never , even though if I caught this movie and I was watching it and I saw how stupid it was and how horrible it was filmed , and the dialogue and everything , the story Well , your text .
LanoAnd even though if I watched this and I told you guys I would never send that movie the actual movie dude , watch this movie . Like it's hilarious , how horrible this thing is , like . No , I sent you the movie review of this guy just giving you the cliff notes . I would never send some crap like that .
RickyThis is what he said . He said this is f and hilarious . Check out the movie review .
LanoSo you're saying the movie review is funny . Yes , that's what I said . No , I mean I thought .
RickyI mean it was funny . But my wife is like , oh , you finish that later See .
MiggyHe's backpailing like .
LanoYeah , he's backpailing .
MiggyLike me on the on , I'm gonna call you prime time fool .
LanoHey , okay , is that the last call ?
RickyYeah , this is one call .
LanoOkay , before we get into the other stuff , how do you feel that they finally caught a two-box killer ?
RickyYou know , I saw the headlines but I didn't catch the story . So the guy got arrested , or the suspect .
LanoHe's arrested .
RickyOh , they arrested him . Who was it ?
LanoIt's this guy , keith ED , someone's cousin .
MiggyNo , he was in the car .
RickyHe was in the car , but he was the brother of that .
LanoOrlando guy ? I don't know .
MiggyI heard he was like the cousin or something
Discussion About Past Events and Photography
Miggy.
LanoBut this has been going on for I don't know how many years , giving interviews , getting all this clout you know . He's the only one that's left alive from the incident . So he was saying that , oh yeah , the shots came from the backseat , like they're trying to get him to say , like everyone's trying to take credit for that , even cops that were on the scene . They want to say like , oh yeah , it's so and so .
RickyBecause there was one guy , like you said , who was a witness and they've been like talking to him , so they arrested him , that guy .
LanoKeith ED . He was the one that said like the shots happened in the backseat , or whatever . And now I guess some of the people are saying that , like now , puffy's like shitting it because he's going to be the next guy to go . They're going to go after the cops , yeah the cops after Pee , after Diddy , because he's the one that ordered it or ordered the hit , and this guy's . That's what this guy's in plain , but I don't know . This guy's wanting to get that clout . I was in the car with the good man that killed .
LanoTupac and cops want to be like . Oh yeah , I was one the last there on the scene when Tupac was shot , but he was a little bit conscious before he went into a coma and everyone was just trying to get there 15 minutes .
MiggyAnd I'm going to piss a lot of people off out there , but I can care less . I was never a fan of .
RickyTupac , don't say that , I just said it .
MiggyI'll say it again .
RickyI mean , you can say you don't believe in whatever , but don't say that Don't break my heart like that Don't hurt me . So 96 , where were you at what stage you're at in high school already , right ?
Miggy96 , yeah , four years out of high school .
RickyYou weren't listening to rap at that . Are you listening to rap ? Not really , okay , well , that was not that much . I had a Tupac , all right .
LanoThat was rock .
RickyNow I'm producing . Now I got a big host again . Tigers of the North , keep the show alive . I ate those .
LanoWe're kicking in the music stuff , the Spanish music .
RickyWhen's the last time you guys been to Pico Rivera , the sports arena ?
LanoI passed by it the other day .
RickyBut yeah , you have a gun .
LanoNot in there .
RickyBecause , no , we were passing by the other day and I was telling Laura and then she didn't even know about it and I was like , oh man , I should take her to the gym . I went there with one of the guys that used to work with us .
LanoThey used to get him and they lived in that whole area . They would get promoting an event and they would have like a tamborazo there . That's probably the last time I was there .
MiggyRemember we used to do with Lewis , with Chach , we would do a lot of those promotions for Ruby Red , squirt or like that one company that did like a lot of like sample giveaways and stuff . I think that was one time when I went to the Tepi Griever Sports Arena to help him . How long did he do that ? He did it for a few years .
RickyThat's when he had the Ruby .
LanoRed Truck .
RickyWell , he had the truck , but that was like a ramp . I mean the company truck , right .
LanoYeah , it was a company truck . I never really liked that sort of thing . You know what I was saying . I really enjoyed it . They should bring it back .
RickyThey're not around right . Ruby Red Squirt .
LanoNo , no it was like a couple summers I don't know if it was just because he had it all the time and he got tired of it . Got tired of it , yeah .
RickyHe was like you know , he was drinking because he was hanging around .
LanoYeah , because Chacho was having it yeah .
RickyHe had like tons of that stuff . He was having your fridge all the time , but that's when he was driving those Eclipse's all the time , or that after .
LanoThe Eclipse . Oh yeah , we had like three .
MiggyEclipse's in a row you had one dude , you had one dude , you had one . Eclipse no .
RickyYou get like , you get like getting the newer and newer one . You had one Eclipse . No I thought he had three .
MiggyYou see this dude is talking about fake news . I'm going to call you CNN .
RickyI thought he had three of them , like he had , like a black one and a convertible .
LanoIt was just a black one , dude .
RickyThat was it , this guy dude , but that was all before . Like he worked like park rangers and all became LAPD . Huh .
LanoYeah . Yeah Well yeah , what would he be doing it's Ruby Red when he's a LAPD dude .
RickyNo , I know Before that , but I couldn't remember what he did before Ruby Red .
LanoThat was like when how old were we ? We're young .
MiggyWe're , you guys were .
LanoProbably still like late teens . You guys were probably 19 , right ?
Miggy1920 . Really yeah .
RickyLike you guys were like late twenties and we were early twenties .
LanoBecause then we would help him out . Sometimes he'd be able to like they needed volunteers , yeah , and we would go help him out , right , yeah , we'd be able to go help him out and just pass out Ruby Red Squirts , yeah . Yeah , church would did a lot . We're different stuff .
RickyOr Ralph . I don't know if you heard , but like Ralph had some at the game and then he was telling them that we're having a reunion at the game and then he wasn't working that night . He's like you should have told me earlier . Oh yeah , dude , he told me Ralph . He was like I'm telling you now , like a week before , but he wasn't scheduled . But shout out to Chach .
LanoYeah , chach .
MiggyYou see , he thought they're brother , oh yeah , we see .
RickySo all that , those events , those are over time he's got hey , you ever see his photography . Yeah , his shots . He gets a bad ass shot Instagram .
LanoYeah .
MiggyYou follow his Instagram . What's his Instagram ? Code5 . At Code5? .
LanoCode5 . I know he used to do a lot of softball like for his daughter .
RickyBut then on Mickey , I said he had some marathon photos .
MiggyNo , I mean , he did , he started off like that , like him and his wife , and they just kept on doing it . You know , it's like they would do . They would go back to Lincoln and do the football games and then , like they do , the drill team and the band and just like .
LanoAside from LFC , doesn't he do stuff in SoFi too ?
MiggyI've seen him yeah .
LanoYeah , because he's already got his past . Yeah , he's got credentials .
RickyI've seen him do stuff for like Arizona , I think Arizona . State . Yeah , I think .
MiggyUCLA USC .
RickyOh , so with Ruff's arm he was filming , or I think he was like no , I don't know that day .
LanoWell , I don't know Cause I know when . Last time we went to the LFC game he was in his blues , Okay .
RickySo , but he has like , like he could do , like get on the field and shoot stuff yeah .
LanoSome of us . He gets his credentials and he can shoot on the field . Yeah , oh , wow , he's got these shots . Yeah , so check out our homie judge . Code five photos Code , five photos and me .
Rickyhe had asked me if I saw him in the marathon , but I didn't see him , but he had some shots like he was in . You know , that's something I would like to get into as a hobby , like photography , like really know how to do it .
LanoYeah , he's got some mean cameras , man .
RickyLike big lenses and stuff .
MiggyYeah , but him and his wife . Man , it's like shout out to his wife , araceli .
RickyYeah .
MiggyThey do , they work hard .
RickyOh , she doesn't too she films .
MiggyShe loads everything up to the Instagram .
RickyThey hustle , you know , and she does so much dude .
MiggyYeah , because it's like almost every day dude . On the daily she's posting like 30 , 40 , 50 pictures , dude .
LanoWow , and these are clean shots , yeah , like , like Chacha's the eye for that one shot , yeah that's what it is .
RickyThat's the eye you have to know like .
LanoI don't know if he's just like holding the button and like he's got to be one good one in there .
RickyI mean , sometimes that's what it is for action .
MiggyYeah , no , and it's cool because he lets the like , he lets the kids know that he took a . Yeah , it's code . Five photos Code five photos .
RickyThe number five , or spelled out five , number , five , number five .
LanoNumber five Code . Number five photos Check out her homie Chach . He's got great work .
MiggyHim and his wife all of a sudden he's got great work . You know , and they really do it , like do it for the kids . You know , because a lot of times they don't have ? Oh yeah , access to have like pictures of them , you know , playing or in action or whatever you know , and they can go , I guess , get it from the Instagram and yeah , that's cool .
RickyYeah , well , me and Mickey brought up you're in here that like we wish we had footage of you like doing your games or cameras and all that stuff , but we don't have nothing to do with that ?
LanoI heard you guys talking shit . You know we were running out of gas .
RickyWell , did it not happen , or what ?
LanoYeah , it happened ?
MiggyIt happened , yeah , so we were talking shit , yeah we were talking shit , we're just stating facts . We're telling the truth .
RickyWe're telling facts on this show .
LanoYou never tell facts , shut up .
RickyOnly facts on the podcast .
Sunday at LAFC game BMO Stadium
RickySo let's get to our Sunday , our big Sunday , three months in the making .
LanoYeah , we finally got Mickey out to a game three months in the making , really .
RickyWell , that's when I ordered the tickets . It was an advance , yeah .
LanoWe got a good day Got me to the LA .
MiggyI've seen yeah man , I really enjoyed it . I really enjoyed that game , even though we lost . You know that sucks , but , man , I want you to experience it . I want to say , I want to relate this experience almost to like seeing a hockey game live .
LanoYeah .
MiggyBecause you can watch it on TV , but you can't get the full appreciation for it unless you're there .
LanoYeah .
MiggyLike because the hockey it's so fast , it's so hard hitting , you know it's so brutal and everything you know . But the difference with with LAFC home game , it's the atmosphere , man . I mean , it's the energy that's in that stadium . It's just , it's crazy , it's infectious yeah .
LanoYou know for Vanessa , she was loving that 3252 .
MiggyYeah , you know . And then the seats . I'll give you a little bit of props on the seats , because the seats were awesome .
LanoYeah .
MiggyI really love those seats .
RickyI mean , it's getting lucky and we don't have nothing . Ok , well , forget you then .
LanoSo stupid luck .
MiggyYeah , but yeah , man , I mean just hearing that 3252 , man and hearing them the whole game just brings that energy man in those drums . You know just like it's . It's wild , you know , I can imagine being in the section , it's like that , that we were on the opposite end of them , you know , and that like kind of gets you into it . It's like you want to , you want to . It's like you can't hear the chant clearly , so you want to know what they're saying , you know . So it's like just go on YouTube and look up the chance and everything and that's what Mingi was doing .
MiggyYeah .
LanoBecause the chance were staying in his head .
RickyYeah , Now , and normally , like I mean , it's a hard place for us to like lose , Like where's the tie ? Normally , Normally , like I think we've only lost maybe a handful there .
LanoAnd and it's just because that game , like we were the Grecious , the whole damn game . Yeah , we're always like setting up taking shots on .
MiggyBut what pisses me off Is that that dude from Salt Lake , number nine , that pussy , oh yeah .
RickyHe's flopping and shit .
MiggyAnd he's asked what scored the goal . That's part of the one for them .
RickyAnd you know , last year he was , he was on our team and he was like our number one score .
MiggyHe was oh shit .
RickySo that's why the fans are kind of like , like . I mean they like when he scored , like when you , when you score against your former team , you're not supposed to celebrate . That's why he just put his head down like he didn't celebrate . Oh , that's like a soccer tradition . But like the fans are like I mean people had his jerseys out , like there . But yeah , I mean it sucks , I mean every look , look at him score , but like you suck to see him score but .
LanoThey're goalie , though man , he was , he was , he was getting his .
MiggyHe got about three nice saves , yeah , so I did , they did , it was , it was , it was , it was a good game , it was a good match .
LanoYou know , you know it was . It was close , Like when I've gone with with Ralph , and the first game that I went with this guy it was seven o'clock games and it's so . It's already dark , dark , right , and the games kind of almost already started and 32 , 52 is already going . So as you're approaching the turn to go inside , you hear the damn drums .
RickyNo , I'm like the stadium sounds .
LanoSounds badass . And you hear from the outside because you're walking up you hear those drums and the chance going already like , oh man , it's the way everything's lit up .
MiggyYeah , it's imagine it feels like the good old days in Oakland when you're walking through the hallways after a win . And you just in unison , you just hear the raiders and the things , just like your whole body's vibrating because everybody's saying that at the same time . Yeah , yeah , it was . It was cool man .
LanoYeah , it was , it was fun . Yeah , mark , mark Was probably going to get kicked out . He tried to steal from Ruth . Oh , both , this lady , ruth , this lady that works there .
MiggyWe went up , we went up there there were series of nachos or whatever . Yeah , it was , she had . She had that ball . It's like a half a soccer ball .
LanoYeah , it's a half a soccer ball , but she had something like I don't know . She had like like white peas in it or something . She has something like this . She was giving people right as they're walking out and she had just set it down and we went to go get beers and chips for the boys and as we're walking out , like Mark had lost , he saw the ball there and he goes back and he gets the boy , puts the chips in there and some napkins .
LanoHe's walking away . He's like , oh yeah , he goes , hell yeah he goes , I got a ball . And then the lady Ruth sees him and she yells at him . She's like I know you're not taking my ball or I know you don't have my ball . And he turns around , he gets caught and she's just giving him a mean , dirty look , dude , he's going back . He's going back . Oh man , he goes . I don't know . I don't know what he was telling her . No , mark , freaking klepto .
LanoAnd then we were like I'm going to have to watch my yeah , she was just like giving a mean dirty look and we , and that was the same way we had to go down right where she was at .
RickyThat's where we had to go down to our seats .
LanoBut I thought it was in the next section over , and so we will go walking over there and we noticed that no , it was back the other way . So we walked back . We had to walk past her again . She sees Mark coming back and she's just giving him a dirty look and then Mark's all like come on , ruth . He's all like come on , he goes , it's all good , we're good . I was like man , I go . Vanessa's all like we can't take you nowhere has anybody ever been banned from the
Lanostadium Because Mark might be the first one . He is dude . He was trying to steal that half .
RickyAnd normally like like I mean , all you saw is like a family , like experience , like there's nobody like you know out of control . Yeah , that's cool yeah that's what's cool .
MiggyIt's like nobody nobody's in there , like nobody's really belligerent . You know there's nobody . Like falling down drunk , and you know it was cool . Yeah , you know , it's like it seems like everybody in there really knows the game and like really follows the game , and you know they're there just to have a good time . Yeah , you know , watch their team win .
RickySo now you had you've seen the stadium before , like just the outside , or you've been just driving by it , so like seeing when it was built was different the way , like you expected . That's what you thought it was going to be , your , or was it 32 , 52 bigger than what you thought ? Because I know you're . You're asking me is it this one section or these three ?
MiggyWell , yeah , I mean I thought it was just like one aisle , but I didn't know it was going to be like the whole North end .
RickyYeah , you know , it's like it's actually it was five aisles , but then you actually hear it like here's the chance , Like you think it's just like , oh , in the background , but you hear it like you hear it on TV when you watch the games , like when they're at home . You hear it in the background and it sets the rhythm , like for our players , and sets the pace .
MiggyIt's like and that actually like now . It makes sense because when , when I watched like other World Cups and everything like the one where they have those , those stupid plastic horns- they're going through the whole game .
RickyI forgot what they're called .
MiggyYeah , those are .
RickyGazelia or something . Yeah , Voo , Voo Zalias .
Miggyor some shit like that . I don't know , but like now , now you know , you know it's like why they were going through the whole game , because probably everybody in there is like all hyped up and blowing those stupid things , you know . So , yeah , that's pretty crazy man .
BMO Stadium and Game Experience
RickyYeah , the stadium's five years old . I feel like it still looks brand new . Yeah , Surprisingly it's only like 20,000 people or 22,000 .
MiggyI mean the thing is it felt like the game , the environment , just the whole experience it . It's like it's almost like something nostalgic , because it's like it seemed , like it's still pure . Right yeah , Like you know like it hasn't been corrupted by any bullshit outside the sport .
LanoIt's , it's really like it belongs to the , to the people .
RickyYeah .
LanoThe you know San Angel is the community .
MiggyYeah , that's what it feels like you know , and , and and you could , you could tell that , like by the 32 , 52 , all the flags are represented and everything you know .
Lanoso it's like yeah , you know , it's like and when we walked around , we walked around , I went to go show Mark those the photos and show Vic his his photo , his photo Kobe's photo . Yeah , on the side I was like , look , this is this is a . Ralph's brother . He's one of the main dudes .
RickyWhere we're really at like , in the hallways , or where what .
LanoThe photos right there on the side of 32 , 52 .
RickyOh , oh , oh , because I think Robbie said there's some in one of the restaurants or the clubs or something like that .
LanoWell , probably , yeah , probably , but no , they haven't . Right on the side of the 32 , 52 , right by the trophy . Then we we took a picture in front of the trophy to the big one yeah . The the cup .
RickyAnd look , look , we got eight seats and like the ticket prices was like 40 bucks each .
LanoI mean that that you could like take a family like you know , I mean , I mean , those damn seats were no seats . We're good seats , Like yeah , those are really good . So 40 bucks yeah .
RickyAnd yeah , I mean , I found them , you know , like three months before .
MiggyAnd you know because , like like , vanessa doesn't watch soccer , but we're all like you know we were all like oh man , it's like and I kind of kind of loosely know like the rules and like some of it and stuff . But I mean , and I'm sure , if I start paying more attention and learn more , yeah it's going to be more exciting .
LanoWe were , we were , we were happy because that's some good IPA's there .
MiggyYeah . All of that Logger , that they have the Mexican logger .
LanoYeah .
MiggyLike whatever it's , like the one that they make for the team . Yeah , yeah that that show is pretty good .
RickyYeah , that was my favorite .
MiggyBut , like , as far as you were saying about the stadium , like one of my expectations , it's like everything . It's like you go to a football game . You're like damn the field looks way bigger on TV .
LanoYeah .
MiggyAnd it's like you see the pitch and you're like , damn , there's like it seems like they're running for miles man when they're when they're running up and down .
LanoBut what's crazy is , you know , you know the skills that these guys have with the footwork , but once you're there , you're actually seeing it the warmups , the ball looks like it's just floating . How they're able to just tap it up . You know that's crazy . They're warming up . I mean , I swear that ball looks like it's just like floating , like if it's in space , and they're just like like if it's a like , if it's a balloon . Yeah , that's what it looks like .
MiggySo I'm saying , even when they were bouncing like off their head , it looks like it's pillow soft .
LanoYeah , yeah , you know when some of those shots , man , when they were shooting up into the crowd .
RickyOh , when they were practicing beforehand .
MiggyYeah , oh , now you're practicing during the game , during the game .
RickyOh , hit somebody on the side .
MiggyThat one that was off to the , to the right side , yeah .
LanoYeah .
MiggyThat one , that like a mean line drive to like the maybe like fourth or fifth roll .
LanoI said , someone lost it .
MiggyI suck it on that one .
LanoYeah , those are . Those are damn good seeds .
RickyThis is Wednesday . I just like to see what .
LanoHey , what was ? What was the game ? It was an important game for them , for a position .
RickyYeah , well , right now we're in third place and then we lost , so we're still in third place . So we're trying to win to get on home field advantage , because that's a mix of a difference in the playoffs . So there , I think there's only like three games left . So there's one on Wednesday , that is the last home game , and then I think I guess two on the road . Oh , so yeah , so one more home game , yeah , so we're just trying to get on , like you know , home field advantage .
LanoHow many , how many games during the season ?
RickyIt was like 35 .
MiggyRalph , you said he sees the tickets for like 16 or 17 games . Yeah , so you figure about 34 , 35 .
RickyYeah , I don't know , I'm there , including . He said those like exit , exit exhibition games .
LanoOh , when he said one preseason game . Yeah , preseason games .
RickySo so he's like 17 or 16 home games .
LanoMark , mark , they were going to buy , they're going to buy , Um , one of the scarves , and I think Andrew wanted a jersey or something . Well , a hoodie , a hoodie . Well , he's like , nah , he goes . You know what ? We got to come to one more game , because that way we official that you know he was . We got to wait , we got to , we got to come to one more game .
MiggyAnd then I was wondering , like what's the actual deal with scarves Like ?
Rickyhow did ?
Miggythat .
LanoI guess tradition start .
MiggyYeah .
LanoDo you know how it came about ? Yeah , he doesn't know .
RickyI asked him soccer thing , I don't know .
LanoBe sad , I think it's a soccer thing , and I'm thinking you know , it might be something like European is it's kind of like how much are tickets to go watch the galaxy ? I don't know , I mean I would , I would , I would want to see .
MiggyExperience a game over there .
LanoBut see how it feels .
MiggyYeah .
LanoLike does it feel like this is not , this is not LA , like this doesn't feel like an LA team . Maybe I don't know .
MiggyYeah , but I wouldn't have forgotten Carson , so yeah .
RickyYeah , no , after like like I guess it came out with the clubs and stuff . Then , like the , the galaxy , they try to make like a section like that , but it just like wasn't the same , like they try to make a standing room section and then they flopped .
LanoYeah , I mean , it's just wasn't when , when LAFC goes over there , a galaxy comes over here , mm . Hmm , those , those games are sold out .
RickyYeah , it's like the biggest , the biggest ticket in town and then they're they're like rivals rivals , like high scoring games like five to three , like you know , four or three , like there's a lot of goals there in those games they have I think they have the MLS record for most goals , like per like .
MiggyFor rivalry .
LanoYeah .
RickyWow they're always talking about because they're like the score is always , like you know , five to five , three like , and no matter who's like having a good year , like the other team still like you know , like wins or still like puts up a good fight , like right now the Galaxy like they're doing bad and they've already like beat us twice and they're like almost in last place right now , but it's like you know .
Rickythis is around . I think it's year five . I think Roger's a Galaxy fan and the Galaxy , like their fan base , is getting smaller and smaller . I think they're all like turning over . Yeah but see , rogers is cuz the dowsy like the People , the games ?
Lanono , no , cuz he was those original team , I guess .
RickyLike see , like I want to take Rochester game , see if we could like flip them like you know .
LanoSee how he might have already been to an LFC game .
RickyI'm not sure if he has a lot of cuz . I mean , once people go like it , like it changes their minds highly recommended people . I mean , I really recommend it and you know I grew up with . You know Dodgers and Lakers and , like you know , going to games , but like I have my heart , you know I .
LanoI told Vanessa this if this thing was , if this team was around when we were kids man , we're gonna be bent on man .
MiggyYeah , yeah , we wait in solid man .
RickyBut this team has my heart , like I follow it . Like you know , I'm on , like I'm always like following . Okay , did you ?
Lanoever ? Did you ever have a galaxy Jersey ? No , anything galaxy . No , don't lie , no , don't lie , dude .
RickyDid I have a galaxy Jersey ?
LanoNo , Anything , anything galaxy no , not galaxy , I know yeah .
RickyI see me where a galaxy .
LanoNo , I was a . Thing .
RickyI would wear jerseys from like European teams , but I never had a galaxy jersey , cuz . I never felt like I've been told . I went to a one game when they're playing at the Rose Bowl they said , um , that was their home stadium . At the beginning I went to like two games at the Rose Bowl but it just I was like why are they playing the Pasadena ? I just never felt like right , but the whole Beckham area like I would watch it .
LanoBut I never had a , was I never had a . That's what it was .
MiggyThe green I never had a fan dude when Beckham , if we go rifle through his clothes right now , I bet you're gonna find that Beckham galaxy jerseys there .
RickyNo , I've never had a galaxy jersey or jacket , nothing . But now LFC , I got like three jackets , jerseys , scarves , you know .
LanoI got .
RickyI got all but like . Like it . The LFC has my heart . I'm the same From from day one . You just said it , galaxy has his it's on record .
MiggyIt's recording that's it said , it see .
RickyL A C has my heart .
MiggyNo , but that that , my friend , is what's called a Freudian slip hey .
RickyWould you go to another game me ? Oh , absolutely like . Would you like , like , make it like ? Would you want to every game we go to what you want like Not every game cuz like , like I said , um , yeah , we can go there like I said the last time we talked .
MiggyYou know it's like the mid-week games are gonna be tough for me because in the summer we tend to work longer hours because there's more light out .
RickyYeah .
MiggyYeah , so it'll be hard for me to make .
LanoWe're gonna Galaxy slip up if you find us some tickets to get Play out some season tickets .
RickyNo , the season tickets I would get on the waiting list already .
RickyI'm already like a member , I just haven't . They haven't called you . No , no , I mean I've been . I put my deposit down and they called us , like right before COVID , but the seats that they had available , like they didn't have nothing that we liked available . There were like up high , and so we just put it on pause . And they're like you Want to transfer your deposit to some seats and I like , no , just leave it there and like keep me on the list for like every year . So every year , like before this insert , they send out , like you know how many a big open house .
LanoHow many ?
RickyI just have a deposit just like to to be in , and then , like when you go , look for seats , it's like depending on how many you buy , so you tell them how many you want to buy yeah after if way if , once your turn comes up , yeah , how many you're gonna ask for ?
Rickyso when they go to the open house , like they take you around and like these are the seats available , and then they tell you like how many you want to buy , or whatever and how many you're gonna tell them . Why don't I gotta get a group together To figure ? It's figure out at the time .
MiggyYou have no idea in your head right now how many you want to get to 415 .
RickyWell , I would like for , but I want , I want more . I want to get a group together , more people than seats .
MiggyWe'll just say that then , hey , you're not giving for what it would people that see you see how we started this podcast .
LanoYeah well , what do you say ? That ? Oh , I'm not telling him to do the homework or whatever , to give seat , to get the tickets , and all this .
LanoYeah and right after I said that , I told him that mark is down to chip in If we get like a group , like a seat , so eight seats , ten seats or whatever . And now he doesn't know . He just said right now I want to get a group together . And I just told him at the game and before you show that me and mark we're down to let us know how much we all chip in . No , but I see how . Back in for the show .
RickyNo , no , but I want , like more people than seats . So then , like we could have like a draft for seats and like , because I can't go to every game- neither us .
LanoBut we could like for what you want , to have like 20 seats , and then that wouldn't have like half of that goal , and then we got to worry about selling another 10 .
RickyNo , no , I just want like four , but like maybe we have like eight people and then , like we could , we could like Beat , for like you know , we do a draft for like we pick two seats at a time . We want all four . Then you pick those two dates , that we put the same dates and you get off .
LanoBut but we're doing where we're afraid to be between three people , four people you can get . Like we can chip in for like eight seats that will really have a , so you want four people for eight seats .
LanoNo , the tickets will sell . But , oh you , I'm sure you'll have . You'll have , like , like your in-laws that would want to go will have our side . My marks already . You know his , his daughter and her , her boyfriend , where they're like when they found out we're gonna go to the game , like oh man , we want to go . And then Vanessa's sister and her and her boyfriend , they're like , oh man , as bad as we want to go is like they all been wanting to go to a game and when they found out that we're going , they're all amped up about it .
RickyBut then they didn't like try to look for tickets or nothing .
LanoNo , no , because it was Saturday , dude . The game was the next day .
Discussion About Attending Sporting Events Together
LanoWell , that's did I call you to look for tickets ? No give me them short notice . Did I call you to fight for tickets at Unifal , one that was across the stadium ?
RickyNo , but that's why I like when me and me and my wife are going like the family that is going to try to get the same section , like we just all go and go have a good time , like the last time we had , like me , my wife , we had like four together .
LanoYou just want to . You want to , you want to split everything .
RickyThey they sat like and they won't , they try to get into the 32 , 52 , but they couldn't get in . But like once we , once someone's going , everybody tries to go , like we just go to have a good time . But like I'm saying like that sounds good .
LanoAsk her out . He says it's standing room , but it's first come , first serve . Yeah but the clubs have their section , so you really can't go in right because a they'll be like a man You're not , unless you're with the club . Yeah , or you .
RickyMaybe you know someone right and because how we're able to get in there Cuz Kobe is , yeah , you know , I don't know how he let's ever know like we're there and and that time when we had sections on that little the side where we had our seats , like those , like Three or four incidents were like where people are like , oh , we're sitting here and they're like , oh , sorry , like we got seats in the 32 , 52 , but we can't get in , like they're like you know , they're just like trying to sit in any available seat , and they got kicked out like yeah .
LanoLike different people got kicked out because they couldn't , they weren't able to sit in that group the one thing about that 32 52 , when I went with with Ralph the last game and you know we were we're in the process of closing the shop Neptune and we're working a lot because everyone else was gone and you know we're doing a lot and I was tired and we were there . We went to go see the game and we're seeing that his seats right , no , and he goes . Yeah , he goes , we're gonna go and see what say what's up to Vic right now at halftime . And Then he tells me he's like hey , he was , he was , you wanna . You want to go in there like you want to stay here . I'm like dude , I don't got the energy dude I .
LanoWow , I'm cool . I'm just going back to your seats and watching the rest of the game from over there . He's like yeah , I goes me too . He's like sometimes because I'm too just , too too tired to be in the three in there and no , it's just go back and watch the game .
RickyI was telling me like they're like off your phone , like pump your arms like you .
LanoYeah , you're not gonna go in there just like try to watch the game . I beer you just sit there , you know like no , you gotta be in it , you gotta be so you got to one game or two games with me , rick one . Yeah , the first one . You went the first one .
RickyAnd we were in that section . Yeah , let's try to think how many times I told me or I told Mark like I've , I've actually like sat in that section twice and then like one time In we might have , we might have gone maybe twice so we went like we're in that section .
LanoYou know , what I do is twice . I think we got twice we
Attending Soccer Games and Supporter Section
Lanogot twice .
RickyNow we , it was me and you , or did I had like all lures family with us .
LanoNo , no , I mean it wasn't with Laura's family .
RickyJust us yeah cuz . I've gone with Laura's family like we went .
LanoYou know what we went we went with Danny and and and mark .
RickyWhich mark little mark , danny , son , no , I wasn't there . Yeah , now a little the first time oh no that was a route .
LanoYeah , that was a route .
RickyI remember the time like , oh , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah yeah , yeah , me , me , okay , yeah .
LanoSo I think when we went , you and Laura were already inside . Wait , laura was there .
RickyYeah , I mean Lawrence , I got .
LanoI got there , g dropped me off . I walked up , you were at the gate , he got me in . Yeah , yeah . So I went with Ralph it was twice for Ralph and then we were in that 32 , 52 with yeah cuz . Remember , when we're walking out we were telling we're talking to to little mark about . You know the , the Coliseum , the concerts we've been to and some of the stuff that we've been done .
LanoYeah , so so it was just me , you and the first day the first time that we went , so it's only been one game we made you and then we got into 32 , 52 and then when I went that time we sat there right like it was just me and Laura , and then you like three people like we got .
LanoWe were there and then you said hey , let's go there , let's go see what , let's go say what's up to Kobe . And then we went , and then he , we do , we're gonna stay there that second time with Ralph and Danny and mark . You know , mark , we went again into 32 , 52 and then I went this last time with with with Ralph .
RickySo you've been there like three or four times .
LanoThis was . This was my fourth time this past Sunday , my fourth time being there at the game , but the 30 no .
RickyWe're talking about how many times you've been in the supporter shield , and you said the fourth time .
LanoI I've been at . I've been at the game , I've been at the quarter . She talked about going to games .
RickyI'm not support . Shield the supporter section . The 32 , 52 . How many times you've been there ?
LanoI've gone four times to go watch to the game Uh-huh and Then the 32 52 . I've been in there three times .
RickyOh three .
LanoI'm sorry , two times you and then the second time with , with , with Ralph and and Danny and little mark . The third time me and mark me . We retired and we just stayed up in the seats , and then this Sunday was the fourth time .
RickyBut um , no , no , I was trying to think how many times have I been there ? And I remember like I was one time with you , one time with Laura's family , but with you , like I was trying to think who else went with us ? Never , like Gino didn't want to go and I was just me , you . And then I guess I had to be made up .
LanoWe made up with with Ralph and I think clear about was there .
RickyBut like , but Ralph had his own tickets , like he wouldn't need , like , my tickets . That's what I was wondering , like how do we remember they gave us a ride ?
LanoI've been just three .
RickyI'm wearing like tickets to clear about give us the right home .
LanoIt was just two tickets , three tickets for .
RickyHmm , but so when they wouldn't be able to go to like a Wednesday game , so it would have to be like a week in game , like a Saturday and Sunday for Mark and Vanessa give it , to give it a .
LanoI have a net . Now Vanessa gets all that five in . There's no way during the week . Yeah , so it has to be the weekend and then mark mark mark will probably get out early and get the boys ready and get them down here , but Vanessa , she would have to give time to get out early .
RickyBecause she's coming the furthest work half the day .
LanoWork half the day . She wouldn't you like a long , because she's got to put her Her days you guys are willing to go to a playoff game .
RickyI mean because the season's like running out . I mean , this is it . I Think , like the yeah , my next season a okay , yeah , next season .
LanoI have tickets would be fucking insane dude .
Producer's Yawning and Game Review
RickyYeah , if I'm not keep my eyes open , cuz I always that they always ask me to keep my eyes open for Laura's just everybody know that was the producer that just yawned . They want to show . We mean Rick are the ones that worked all night .
MiggyYeah on the road all day . But our producer here that probably just changed one pampered throughout the whole day , is yawning , if that .
RickyAnd I worked , I work . I'm still recovering from the game . Oh my , we come from the game same game we went to with you .
LanoHe's recovering for the game and and Laura was the one getting up getting everything . Yeah , for him . One walking up the stairs cuz .
MiggyYou know how heavy that . A whole ward is . You know , it's really heavy , carry it around all the time .
LanoYeah , you can put that a whole word right next to your shoes up .
RickyDid you guys get food at the stadium ?
LanoNo . Yeah , I wanted to try to get oh , that's what's gonna come to a food review . In the little mishap with the damn .
RickyOh yeah , I think we should say that .
LanoYeah yeah . Yeah , food review and let's have . Let's . Uh , mark has got a chime in with that . I'll make sure he chimes in .
RickyYeah , and then I'm . I mean , I hear from Ricky , but I want Mark to let us know how the game was . Yeah , mark , calling , calling , what ?
Lanothe hell are you ?
Rickywaiting for dude . Yes , my number . We shared contacts , so like you could call me or . Yeah let me know you , let me know how many tickets you need for the next one .

LanoCome on man , oh , oh .
